Ajvar is a typical pepper-based Balkan relish. It is produced in Serbia, Macedonia, or Croatia (with slight differences in the recipe). Ajvar is made from red peppers and eggplants. It is served cold as a side dish and also as a bread spread or salad. The ajvar we offer is natural, prepared with Bulgarian aromatic peppers and delicious eggplants grown in the Balkans.
