Fresh Mozzarella is a soft cheese made from buffalo or cow’s milk with incredible taste and texture. Traditionally in the past, mozzarella was made from Buffalo milk, but today large quantities of cow’s milk mozzarella are actively consumed around the world and the choice of the customers determines the milk used in its production.
The mozzarella is almost white, porcelain in color. It has a smooth, somewhat pearly surface and no hard crust unlike some other types of cheese. It is an unsalted cheese with a delicate milky taste and elastic texture, ideal for tomatoes, fresh leave salads, or vegetable dishes.
It is rich in vitamins, protein and low in carbs.
