Kanafeh and Kadaif ( called also Kunefe or Kunafa) are traditional eastern desserts popular in the Middle East and Gulf region.
Different variations can be found in the Balkans, Greece, Turkey, and South Caucasus. They are produced with thin noodle-like pastry, drenched in sweet sugar syrup, and additionally, Kanafeh is filled with traditional mild cheese (dil peyniri or Akkawi) while Kadaif may be layered with nuts (pistachio, walnuts) or cream.
Kanafeh should be consumed hot in order for the cheese to be melty! An ice cream scoop server over it makes it an unforgettable experience!
Kadaif is usually served cold with crushed pistachio and ice cream!
We offer them frozen at -18° to -22°C in a single-serve package or bigger pack forms.
Varieties: Kaymak Kadayif, Pistachio Kadayif, Burma Kadayif, and others.
